BOOKING OF GOODS IN THE STORE
Currently, RUTA branded clothing stores operate in Kyiv and Vinnytsia. In these cities there is a service of booking goods in the store. After placing your order, a confirmation with your order number will be sent to your email address. Booking of goods is carried out for a period of one day. This service is free.
After placing an order, you will be contacted by a personal consultant in order to clarify the details of the order and the availability of goods in the store.
DELIVERY OF GOODS IN UKRAINE
Delivery is carried out across all territory of Ukraine. After placing your order, a confirmation with your order number and payment information will be sent to your email address. Delivery of goods is carried out within 1-2 working days from the date of payment.
After placing an order, you will be contacted by a personal consultant in order to clarify the details of the order and choose the most appropriate method of delivery and payment for the goods.
Delivery by the territory of Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta company.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
As soon as the prepayment for the goods arrives on the account, we will send your order on the same day. After sending the order, our manager will tell you the number of the luggage declaration, the exact cost of delivery and the date of arrival of the order in your city.
You can choose delivery of goods to the branch of the company “Nova Poshta”. The goods will be delivered to your city and you will be able to pick it up at any convenient time.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

In addition, in our online store you can pay for an order using a payment (plastic) card, as well as through Privat24 and the payment system Liqpay.
You can also arrange postpaid delivery by choosing payment upon receipt.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the exchange and return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. Mandatory condition for exchange and return of goods is that the clothes were not in use, labels are preserved, the appearance of the product and all the accompanying documents, as well as documents confirming payment (purchase receipt, courier receipt).
In case of exchange and return of goods, the cost of delivery is paid by the customer.

The refund period for the purchased goods is 10 banking days (from the date of receipt of the returned goods together with the completed application for return) to the bank card.
The following product categories are non-refundable:
- perfumery and cosmetic products and products in aerosol packaging;
- baby products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.);
- underwear, bodysuits, corsets, bathing suits;
- nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes, home suits;
- bed linen, towels;
- toothbrushes, razors, shaving brushes, combs, combs, massage brushes, manicure and pedicure tools, including electric;
- pillows, blankets;
- stuffed animals;
- gloves, mittens;
- food and alcoholic beverages;
- printed materials.
These goods can be returned only due to the detection of defects or inconsistencies in the order.
